Leadership
I am a USAF veteran. During my time in the military I adopted the mentality that leadership is not about wielding power, but about having a responsibility to your team to ensure they are equipped for success.
Previously, I managed a team of personal trainers as Fitness Director for a big box gym. In addition to exceeding all corporate sales goals, I personally invested in each member of my team. I met with them to discuss career, and develop SMART goals that enabled all of them to move up from entry level to advanced positions within the company.
